You must contact our customer care and wait for confirmation before returning any merchandise.
Please print out the PDF return slip and include it with your package.
Drop off your return parcel at any carriers for free returns. Please note that the delivery of a return via Collisimo can take up to two weeks, via international carriers as UPS or DHL may take 3 or 4 weeks.
You will be notified by email once your return has been processed by our warehouse and your account will be issued a refundable credit.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (excluding gift-wrapped orders).
