Returns & Exchanges

Step 1: Customer Account

Sign in to your customer account. Under “Orders History”, select the order number corresponding to your return.
Select the quantity for the return of each item you wish to return. Input the reason. Choose the return method you wish to use, check off the box to accept our general return conditions and click on the “Make an RMA slip” button.

Step 2: Obtaining a Return Label

You must wait for confirmation before returning any merchandise. Please print out the PDF return slip and include it with your package.

Step 3: Parcel Drop-Off

Drop off your return parcel at any Collisimo for free returns, or at the center of your choice at your expense. Please note that the delivery of a return via Collisimo can take up to two weeks. Conserve your parcel drop-off receipt.
You will be notified by email once your return has been processed by our warehouse and your account will be issued a refundable credit.

All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (excluding gift- wrapped orders).

1.Log into your Cemarose client account. Go to
′′Orders History ′′, and select the order which is associated with the item(s) you wish to return

2.Select the quantity of the item by clicking on the relevant drop down box. Input the reason. 3.Tick the box accepting our terms and conditions and click on ′′Make an RMA slip′′.
4. You must wait for confirmation before returning any merchandise.
5. Please print out the PDF return slip and include it with your package.

6.Arrange a collection with our SDA pickup Service. Please visit http://www.posteitaliane.post/ and select your country. Click on ′′Shipping′′ and then choose ′′schedule a pickup′′
Please note there is a small return fee incurred when using our SDA service (with the exception of faulty items). This charge varies depending on the country from which you are posting the parcel. These charges will be automatically deducted from your credit note or refund.

Fees deducted from the return credit or refund: 11,00

Once your returned items have been treated, you will receive a confirmation email. A refundable credit note will be generated on your account after treatment of your returned parcel by our warehouse. Cemarose will offer you free delivery on your next order.

Please note that the returned items should be sent back in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged) and in their original packaging, including all tags and labels (plastic bag, blister pack,etc.).
