Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Cemarose. We hope you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may exchange regular-priced merchandise within 15 days of the delivery date, You may also choose to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which can be used toward future Cemarose purchases.
Please note that all original tags must be attached for returns or exchanges to be accepted. We cannot accept items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Also, exchanges are permitted once per customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please be advised that all marked-down items, accessories, toys, underwear, socks, items discounted 30% or more, and skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you need to return an item, please contact us first to obtain authorization via email. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused upon delivery. Please include a copy of your invoice and mail the authorized return at your own expense.
